January is the month people think about their New Year’s resolutions, and getting healthier is often one of them. Such as joining a gym to exercise more, or wanting to eat healthier, especially after eating all of those Holiday goodies. They have good intentions, but by February many are frustrated and have given up.

In this Lunch-n-Learn Workshop, you’ll list your health goals. Then Shirl Page of Page Health Coaching will teach you how to take one goal and break it down into action steps based on what works best for you. You know your strengths and how you’ve been successful in the past. You just need a specific goal, a plan, and how you’ll overcome any obstacles in order to succeed.

In addition, she’ll teach you how to read nutrition labels for hidden sugar. What is often labeled as healthy, is sometimes very deceiving. Knowing what to look for can help you make better choices at the grocery.
