The Greater Milford Area Historical Society collects, preserves, interpret, and promotes the history of the greater Milford (and Miami Township), Ohio area. Promont House, its home, is remodeled to the tenancy dates of its most famous resident, 43rd Governor John M Pattison 1879-1906. The Society has expanded its historical programs including its Partners-In-Education programs in the Milford schools and the project to record oral histories of local residents. If you’re interested in discovering more about Milford and Promont, then stop in to visit us every first and third and fifth Sunday of each month from 1pm to 4pm. Promont is often booked for private events.
