Hello! I’m Andrea Brady, Executive Director – and thrilled to say I am enjoying every minute working with this wonderful organization!
My background is strategic marketing, which has led me many interesting places. I started at P&G, where my most memorable experience was running the Mr. Clean Contest, culminating in riding around NY City in a limo – with 11 Mr. Cleans! After P&G, I worked at various places, doing things like going to sporting dog events to market dog food; inventing products and repping several of my daughter’s inventions; and producing an interactive murder mystery show in Cincinnati.
In addition to the Chamber, I own SchoolComm Consultants, a communications firm; and Magnify Education, which produces programs on durable professional skills (hint: our first program, Building Empathy, is free for any MMTCC member).
Community-service-wise, I served on the Milford school board for 12 years; co-founded the Clermont Chorale; and ran the Inventor’s Council of Cincinnati for 10 years.

Hi, I’m Elesa Labanz, Operations Manager here at the Milford Miami Township Chamber. I have had a life-time of varied work and volunteer experience, from legal secretary, paralegal, and court reporter in the outback of Australia, to multiple charity work opportunities in Guatemala and office administrator in our Regional Security Office in our U.S. Embassy in Kuwait City. The work I get to do here with the Chamber has me learning something new every day and I love it! If you have a question about the Chamber and are not sure where to start, I’m your girl!
I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio but very quickly began moving around overseas with my husband’s 30+ year career with the foreign service. We had the opportunity to live in fascinating places around the globe which also gave me the opportunity for interesting work, volunteer positions and incredible relationships.
My husband retired and we moved home to the Cincinnati area. I began my own Virtual Assistant Business in 2022 and have really enjoyed supporting my clients as they grow their small businesses. I also love to play the harp and piano, read big sweeping sagas or interesting non-fiction, and (maybe) watch a bit of TV with my feet up!

Hey, I’m Shelly West, our Chamber’s Events Coordinator. I’m also an entrepreneur, massage therapist, boundaries coach, musician, artist, and dendrophile. My position here is to help people have a fine time while engaging with the community. I’ve worn a few hats on my travel here from Michigan’s NLP (if you listen you might catch my Michigan accent). I bring my experience as a paralegal, resort groundskeeper, waitress, ski boot salesperson, backpacker, and now I’m jumping into the position of Events Coordinator with our Milford Miami Township Chamber!
My mantra: “It’s not failure until you failed to get back up, pivot, and move forward.”
