Greater Milford Area Historical Society

The Greater Milford Area Historical Society (GMAHS), established in 1967, is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history of Milford and Miami Township, Ohio. Originating as Old Milford Incorporated, the society has grown from its initial small museum setting to occupying the historical Promont mansion, reflecting its commitment to safeguarding the area’s heritage. 

Impacting Tomorrow

Impacting Tomorrow is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores and distributes purchased and donated food to the local community in need. With the help of generous donors, volunteers and a caring, committed community, Impacting Tomorrow serves over 500 households weekly.

Milford Public Library
(Milford Mystery Library)

Milford Public Library is public in service and name but is not part of the Clermont County Public Library system, nor do we now, nor have we ever received public funds. Monthly book purchases insures a collection of current best sellers, in both regular and large print.

Our focus is the sharing of our collection of current mystery fiction, as well as providing a taste of Milford’s rich past to visitors in a circa 1860 historic landmark.

Milford Youth Theater

Milford Youth Theater is a volunteer driven community youth theater group based in Milford, Ohio. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, formed in January 2021.

Milford Youth Theater (MY Theater) is an opportunity for the youth in our community to bring their talents and creativity to the stage! We believe that musical theater can unite and encourage our youth by giving them the experience to work together in a unique way.

RAPTOR Inc.

RAPTOR Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of birds of prey via rehabilitation, education, field research and community service. We hold the proper state and federal permits that allow us to rehabilitate approximately 400 birds of prey annually and deliver over 350 educational presentations each year at schools, libraries, senior centers, and other community events. We strive to cultivate respect for nature and inspire conservation action in our community.

Reset 360° Teen Center

Grassroots nonprofit teen center. Empowering high school teen by teaching life skills, business skills and leadership skills through volunteer projects to equip them to be successful adults and powerful leaders after graduating high school.

Sami Sunshine Center

Our mission is to build a strong, safe and supportive community for adults with disabilities. We create opportunities, meet needs and encourage inclusion in the community. We do this in a respectful, loving way that adds SUNSHINE while helping individuals live their best life.

SEM Terrace is a non-profit facility that provides affordable, comfortable housing for senior citizens. We strive to preserve and promote human dignity, self-determination, and individual freedom within a relaxed, caring environment.

SEM Villa is a truly unique retirement community.  Our residents are the center of daily life, and we strive to build close and continuing relationships with staff, families and the surrounding neighborhood. Smiles Unite Us

At Smiles Unite Us, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of children and adolescents born with cleft lip/ palate and other facial differences. Our organization is founded on the belief that every person deserves the chance to smile confidently and lead a healthy, fulfilling life. We provide comprehensive support, including funding for essential surgeries and medical/dental treatments, as well as offering emotional and educational resources for families.

Together, we are committed to ensuring that no child faces this journey alone and that every smile shines brightly.

T.A.L.K. Toastmasters #2289

Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that builds confidence and teaches public speaking skills through a worldwide network of clubs that meet online and in person. In a supportive community or corporate environment, members prepare and deliver speeches, respond to impromptu questions, and give and receive constructive feedback. It is through this regular practice that members are empowered to meet personal and professional communication goals. 

Valley View Nature Preserve

The Valley View team is a broad group of volunteers who serve as stewards of this beautiful open land and caretakers of its natural and cultural assets. We are the smiling faces that welcome people to this special place every day.

Valley View owns about 8% of the land in the City of Milford. We have just scratched the surface of what Valley View can become. The property is nestled inside the I-275 loop, a quick drive for nearly 400,000 Clermont & Hamilton County Residents.
